Caring is in our DNA. We come from a background of running medical centres for the last 10 years. In our regular contact with thousands of clients in the medical industry, we identified that there is a strong need for good care for young people with needs and the elderly. This led us to establish this organisation, which provides daily care to our clients with disabilities and the elderly.

We take a lot of pride in the standard of care we provide. Our motto is “We could always do better!”, hence our name, “Kaizen Support Services”. “Kaizen” is a Japanese term meaning, “continuous improvement” and this is deeply ingrained in our operations and the care we provide. We are constantly looking at innovative ways to improve how we operate as well as the standard of care we provide.
