Our Specialist Behaviour Support services help NDIS participants develop positive ways to express themselves, improve their quality of life, and strengthen relationships with those around them.
What We Do
Our qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners work with participants, families, and support teams to:
- Understand the reasons behind behaviours of concern through Functional Behaviour analysis
- Develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) Interim and comprehensive
- Provide training and guidance to support workers and families
- Reduce or eliminate the use of restrictive practices
- Promote emotional regulation, communication, and independence
- Strengthen daily routines and engagement in meaningful activities
Each plan is person-centred and evidence-based, focusing on the participant’s strengths, values, and goals.

We use a trauma-informed principles, Human rights-based, and collaborative approach.
Our practitioners take time to understand each person’s environment, triggers, and support needs through comprehensive assessments and functional behaviour interviews, analysis and data collection to support evidence based practice.
We believe in working together with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and ethical support across all settings.
